This has been my worst experience ever with your company and my order is still not completed and very little or no updates have been provided. I also found the refills you have back ordered on Amazon and received them within two days at or below your cost. One of your folks blamed all of this on a new system but no one offered any resolutions or suggestions...after 20 years of buying from you I can see where my value as a customer is not what o would have hoped for in terms of service and satisfaction. I am not inflating any of remarks as it is now March 1 and I ordered pen refills on February 5 and unless I call have no idea about the status of my remaining items! Your company does not deserve a single star for this performance. Terrible!

I received my nice pen from Metropolitan Museum of Art with a lovely art exterior. The art pen cartridge was leaking as soon as I removed it from the box. While I tried to clean it three times, the cartridge continued to spread ink and create a mess. I elected to order a replacement cartridge online from Staples because returning the pen alone would have cost half the price of the original unit. This site has some nice items, but now i'm wary.

Order was backlogged and didn't ship on the re-promised date. I actually cancelled order but it was shipped anyways!

The product was not according to the specifications. I needed an ink cartridge .25" diameter max. and not more then 2" long. The cartridge you send is 0.30" diameter and will not fit inside the barrel of the sheaffer pen I have. This pen is an older model of a slim design.

Took way to long for the 1 small item I ordered to be shipped...like three weeks. Once it shipped got here within a week.

Love the pen. I didn't have much direct interaction with Colorado Pen, but everything went smoothly.
