Scam company that deliberately sends debt invoices late

Mafia-like scam company that charges a debt collection fee of 180 SEK and 8% interest for a rent invoice that was paid a few days late on November. Got the debt collection invoice just before the Christmas holidays, while their payment deadline is set to Dec. 31. (I guess they are deliberately sending this late and expect people don't pay in time so that they can legitimately charge even more.) Businesses that profit like this should not be allowed to exist.
