Horrible.
I've ordered 4 packages on Amazon.
2 are delivered via Amazon: 0 problem
2 are delivered via Colissimo, they don't find the address, they can't deliver...

I utilise Colissimo three to four times monthly. Each month, my parcel has a delay of one to two weeks, attributed to circumstances that remain unclear. Currently, Colissimo is my sole option; however, I will refrain from using their services again if alternatives become accessible.

Everything went fine and the package arrived ahead of time. Tracking is accurate and useful. I’m totally happy with the service.

My parcel arrived on time, and well packaged. The delivery man was very kind and put the parcel in my hallway as he could see I'd had an operation.

Do not bother using this service. Nine times out of 10, this service will fail you. Customer support should be dismantled and substituted with a robot as you would get more empathy from AI. The personnel are inefficient and useless. Parcel returned to me after 3 weeks with no explanation only ‘Wrong Address’. It is the CORRECT address. Lost €36 and still a parcel to delivery. Use a pigeon instead as they say.

Always arrives on time but if there is a delay for whatever reason I am always informed. I receive an email advising me if the delivery date every time. The delivery people are very friendly, efficient and helpful.

Nous avons beaucoup de livraisons, et Collissimo est le pire pour les colis endommagés et pour ceux qui décident de ne pas livrer à temps. C'est à tout moment de l'année, pas seulement pendant les périodes de vacances.
Très décevant, et les samedis sont les pires pour les livraisons annulées car ils ont des problèmes inévitables.

Unfortunately, if you want reliability and efficiency, this is not the service to seek out.
We have lots of deliveries, and Collissimo is the worst for damaging parcels and for deciding not to deliver on time. This is at any time of the year, not just at holiday times.
Very disappointing, and Saturdays are the worst for having deliveries cancelled as they have unavoidable problems.

The delivery was quick and the delivery man made sure that I recieve my parcel in hand. Iam glad that they even called me before delivering my package.

Although the packaging was slightly damaged the contents were in good order.

Hello Colissimo team,

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated after my recent experience with your customer service. I just hung up the phone after waiting for nearly 20 minutes. The first assistant was unable to solve anything, didn’t answer any of my questions, and simply redirected me. After being transferred, I waited another 10 minutes—no one ever picked up.

To make matters worse, I now have to pay almost €20 for this call, on top of the delivery service I already paid for, which has clearly not worked properly. Paying for such incompetent and ineffective assistance is unacceptable.

This case is urgent, and my trust in your service has been completely lost. If I could, I would rate this experience -5 stars. Truly unacceptable.

I expect an immediate response and resolution.

Do not use them, better you send your package with a pigeon as they have more of a chance of getting back to you.

I highly recommend using Colissimo for deliveries. Packages always arrive on time, are placed securely in my letterbox so I don’t have to wait at home, arrive in excellent condition, and the delivery personnel are consistently diligent.

Service impeccable

a brilliant delivery service inside the promised 4-hour delivery window. Way above my experience with some other delivery companies. I particularly appreciated being kept abreast of the progress of my delivery from the moment La Poste had it in charge.
