Terrible; they don't help, and withdrawals can only be made via their website. You would think it's wallet to wallet, but it's not! wallet to their wallet to their pockets. I opened 2 tickets; 1 I had to cancel because of no reply; the 2nd is still waiting for reply; 4 days no answer!
