I am already 5 years trying to cancel my subscription.
I have mailed them and they told me they would cancel. But then still the invoice keeps coming in.
Really frustrating.

I signed up for a 7-day trial of Coinigy's pro subscription on February 12th, 2025. My experience so far has been frustrating. While I attempted to cancel my trial before it ended, I was still charged for the full subscription on February 14th, 2025. I have contacted customer support multiple times regarding this issue, but each response I receive is completely irrelevant to my question about a refund. While I appreciate the friendliness of the Sebastian Coinigy Customer Support, friendly service doesn't solve the core problem.
Beyond the billing issues, I'm also experiencing problems with the platform itself. I am unable to place take profit (TP) or stop loss (SL) orders, which is a crucial feature for any trader. Furthermore, I cannot connect my Coinigy account to my Bybit exchange account, rendering another key integration useless.
Pros:
* Friendly customer support (specifically mentioning "Sebastian")
Cons:
* Trial cancellation process is flawed and resulted in being charged despite attempting to cancel within the trial period.
* Customer support responses are unhelpful and fail to address the billing issue.
* Unable to place take profit (TP) or stop loss (SL) orders.
* Bybit connection is not functioning.
Overall:
My experience with Coinigy has been extremely disappointing. The billing issue, combined with the inability to use essential trading features, makes the platform unusable for my needs. I would not recommend Coinigy at this time due to these significant problems. I hope that Coinigy will address these issues promptly to improve their service. I will update this review if my issues are resolved.
"Subscription cancelled. Problem solved."
Great platform and team at Coinigy
Great platform and team at Coinigy. Used them for the past 7 years and have enjoyed their product from day 1. Support has always been responsive and the team has been a pleasure to work with
I selected Coinigy this year
I selected Coinigy this year, after a bad experience with Quadency. Great platform for those who trade. User-friendly and works flawlessly. It took me about 20 minutes to figure out everything, and launch a 7-day trial. BTW, it's free
My 1st impression.
My 1st impression after several days of using: it's a must-try for all who trade crypto. 20K markets accessible and no additional fees.
IMNSHO
IMNSHO, it's convenient for multi-exchange trading, smooth and comfortable to use. One-of-a-kind features, best-in-class charting tools and API. Always on 100% points with their customer service

I joined Coinigy about 6 months ago, and have found the site to be great. It's a game changer for crypto fans, especially who use Gate.io or Coinbase. Transparent service, a lot of technical indicators, a free trial, and 0 additional fees. All in all, I am happy so far.

They're lying when they state on their website that they have 24/7 support. After the free trial I paid for a one month subscription, and after more than 40 hours, they have yet to reactivate my account. Unacceptable. I had to really dig to find their support page and contact information. I was told that they'd get to me during a weekday; this is not what I would call 24/7 support.

Coinigy claim that they can connect you to 45 crypto exchanges. Well, it looks more like they can do 10. I have asked support to explain but they went missing.
Since writing this review I got a refund which is fair enough. The charting problem I mentioned was misunderstood but as I wrote to support the problem is gone for now. It works like that. It is a pity that not so many excganges are supported with trading.
