My brother trusted CoinCasino — it cost him everything

My brother trusted CoinCasino. It cost him everything.

He spent over $6,000 in a single weekend — his entire savings. Somehow, he managed to win back around $2,000+. That small win gave him hope. But CoinCasino refused to pay.

They started asking for one document after another, always changing their requirements. For address verification, they rejected our utility bill under our mother’s name (we live with our parents) and even refused to verify her passport.

At one point, an agent apologised and confirmed the payout would be processed. The next day, another agent said the payments team had “decided not to pay” — at their discretion.

That single decision shattered him.
He was thrown out of the house, his wife left, and in despair, he even tried to end his life.

I’ve seen all the chat logs, every promise, every excuse. What CoinCasino did wasn’t just unethical — it was inhuman.

I’m sharing this so others don’t fall into the same trap.

CoinCasino didn’t just take money — they destroyed a family and took away a man’s peace, trust, and will to live.

You WILL NOT be able to withdrawal your funds..ever

Deposited $125 yesterday for some sports bets, this morning tried to withdraw my winnings and was greeted with an error screen on withdrawal. Contacted "live" support was explained that the TOC states you must wager your deposit one time to be able to withdrawal.

However when pointed out that their TOC states: "9.1. You may withdraw any unutilized and cleared funds held in your player account by submitting a withdrawal request in accordance with our withdrawal conditions. The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is € 10 (or equivalent in other currency) with the exception of an account closure in which case you may withdraw the full balance."
Support still told me I needed to wager the deposit or have a 8% fee deducted from my sum for AML purposes. I agreed to have 8% removed and now I'm waiting for "Security" to review my case and contact me. STAY AWAY from these crooks!!

Fraudulent casino! Stay away

Stay away from thos casino. I sent a request to this casino to close my account. They then said they will give me a 24hr cool off period and then after that period I can request a closure. After the 24hr period I request the closure only for them to tell me I need tobverify my account to close it. Where in the he'll do you need to verify your account to close it? Its also not written anywhere in their terms and conditions. This is very predatory as if I had a gambling issue I could loose alot while doing this process. These online casino have paid to get on list showing they are top crypto casinos. However all these are paid for. My suggestion is to stop playing online these practices are all too common.

DONT USE IT!
I’m still waiting for my funds, 1st was a problem with my bank and now it’s a problem with kyc.
They are scammers because I’ve chatted with them before making a deposit and asked if they need anything else and they said I ready to deposit and I wouldn’t have problems with my withdrawal. And now they holding my funds saying I need to get verified again. I’ve done it and they stop replying.
I’m about to create a social media because I’ve got all the videos and screenshots proving they ate scammers

Total scam

Total scam! They give you $30 free play and when you go to withdrawal and only when you go to withdrawal do they tell you you must first make a $50 deposit to validate your withdrawal. Then upon withdrawing everything looks like it's going to go through and works however then you get an email saying you're withdrawal has been approved but in order to receive your winnings you must send them 10% of your withdrawal amount in advance via Bitcoin. SAY WHAT? SO I HAVE TO PAY MONEY TO RECIEVE MY MONEY? OLDEST SCAM IN THE BOOK. So they got me for $50. How are these places operational?? How can we get them shut down?? It's so freaking wrong.
I will write or complain to or post whatever I have to to help shut these fools down. Leave people's money alone. We lose.enough to these online casinos willingly, no need to freaking scam us out of it!!

Account locked – withdrawal denied

I deposited at CoinCasino and, after successful verification, requested a withdrawal. According to the website, verification should take a maximum of 24 hours. After more than 2 days, I suddenly received a message that my account had been closed due to alleged "violations of the Terms and Conditions" – without any evidence or concrete explanation. My balance was withheld, and support is no longer responding professionally. ⚠️ Caution: CoinCasino appears dubious, and withdrawals are blocked.
