How they helped me out
In a moment of absent mindedness I forgot to write down the totals for the two separate coin types I was buying and sent off the wrong amount in cash. I sent them an email explaining that they could just deal less of one of the coin types rather than go through the whole process again. They did this and within a very short time I had a confirmation email and both types of coin were in my wallets. Very friendly and efficient. A bank would have taken that opportunity to hit me with a charge! Good on you Coin-hub.

Very satisfactory experience, buying from them. Only once, did I have to wait, longer for my coins than I should do. The company sent me some free coins, as compensation. I really appreciated that.
