The USB video is excellent. If you are new to property and sourcing, that's the best way to start. If you follow all the advice and take action, you are on your way to success.. Sarah has a large and good heart to help. I really appreciate also the follow up call from her office to check on my progress. Excellent.

Bootcamp - 3 day training

I attended the 3 day bootcamp training after meeting Sarah, CW's owner at a Networking event a little while prior, and had signed up because i loved her down to earth, honest, personable attitude. She's very fun, very straight forward, straight talking, and holds nothing back.

The course itself was held in Milton Keynes and was crammed with information, and ran over time most days due to the amount of content. The training is rent to rent and sourcing / Deal packaging (they're not the same) heavy. So if you're starting out in property, maybe thinking of using property sourcing to build funds for your own investing, then this training course is for you. The implementation side of the course is something ive not experienced with other training providers - think being forced to make calls to estate agents or private landlords in the classroom in front of your peers! Do you have a facebook page? You will have by the end of the course. Do you have an investor list? You will have by the end of the course.

The course covers compliance around setting up your business, what insurance you need, what membership of which bodies you require, and experts on those subjects are in attendance to guide you. I knew very little about sourcing / deal packaging prior, and have since sold a number of deals to investors and made the money back i spent on this course, and then some.

You get to speak to Sarahs very successful and beautifully smelling business partner Justin, and get to meet Mr Sunshine himself for a massive dose of motivation and positive mindset. You'll hear of course about further training, but the 3 day course isn't sales heavy at all which i liked, the sales pitch for the additional training was scheduled in and was succinct, it wasn't mentioned again unless you wanted further info.

The venue was ace, the food was ace, the staff were ace, and the course was the best training ive been on. Its plain to see when you meet Sarah, her standards are high, she's a lovely person with a terrible taste in music, drinks out of a pint glass and is very down to earth and fun to be around.

I wouldn't hesitate in recommending her as a trainer and speaker to all and everyone.

Having completed the online training, I found it contained excellent detail and focused on the true essentials like compliance, which in this industry is paramount. They offer loads of help and their Facebook group is excellent and offer speedy responses. Don't hesitate, as it's well worth the money.

I attended the Cogito Wealth Bootcamp for 3 days last week and I came away a completely mind blown! We participated in practical activities to drive forward our own business lead generation. Tips to get your phones ringing on the day, and live call coaching on what to say when the phone actually rang! There’s nothing better than being pushed in the deep end to overcome your fears of talking to agents, only to find out that ‘actually, it’s not that bad’! So the fears that has been built up in the mind for so long dissipated when I had that discussion with the agent! I came away with the confidence of knowing I can go and make more calls to secure more viewings! This will make a massive difference to my business development results.

Topics covering how to speak with letting agents by ‘The Agent Whisperer’ Ross M with a live demo of how it is done, was a pleasant surprise! Had a great time with Tina Walsh on becoming a compliant sourcing business - it is more than just registering with all the various authorities, with key tips on systems you can use for doing due diligence on investors and vendors alike! Time spent gleaming wisdom from Sunny Mahal and Justine Whittemore about their journey in building and selling businesses was inspirational, that I too can build a business healthy enough to sell!
You come away with great ideas you can easily implement in your business. It was very hands on and focused on getting results for YOUR business. If you are interested in attending the the Bootcamp, I would highly recommend you do! Well worth your investment.

I’ve started working with cognito wealth approx 2 months ago the service and insight I’ve received has been excellent. Nothing is too much trouble I’ve had to reaaarange dates and ask questions which were very much personal to our situation but I got a completely tailored response. I’ve purchased the journals too are by the best I’ve seen in the market. The online program I’m working my way through is clear and concise explains how to do things and why these actions are nevsessary hence building and deepening our knowledge.
