Poor customer service
After making a mistake on my order, I tried calling to change it. When no one answered I left a message to call me back. After leaving three different messages I sent a email. The response I got was it was to late to change it. I let them know if they won’t cancel my order then I’ll return it. Since then I placed my order with Amazon and already received it. You just lost another customer because of poor service.
I still haven’t received the order from you to return.
