Have been a customer for years. Good coffee, lot‘s of varieties. Delivery was always in decent time. Dropped now 2 stars and wrote this review, as I was confronted with quality issues. The packaging (which is made of monopolymer, thus highly recyclable - good job!) had plastic foil particles in the packaging. I contacted them (as having worked for years in consumer goods I know how critical quality matters are) already twice and have waited weeks for a reply, to no avail. My image of the brand is taking a hit.

This has encouraged me now to change back to my local coffee roaster. Hope to get an answer from Coffee Circle on my matter.

Worst service I have ever received from a webshop!
I have now waited almost 2 months to get an espresso machine - and still they are unwilling to refer my payment back to me or provide ETA on the shipment.
Moreover, when contacting customer services, I have been waiting (literally) for hours in queue and when finally getting through to an agent, the agent haven't been able to help. The agents said that they needed help from colleagues who weren't available. Although promising to revert back on mail, there haven't been any progress.

Great coffee and ecommerce service, beyond that also a great mission with the projects that they support. Highly recommend their coffees and in Berlin they run very nice cafés too.

Excellent customer support service! I made a purchase and had some issues first with shipping and then returning part of it. Customer support was always very professional, knowledgeable and simply just nice people over email and phone. Highly recommended.

I've been using Coffee Circle for almost 4 years now. Every time I'm logging in to make and order I get tempted to try new beans and I'm never disappointed.

I was gifted a 3 month coffee subscription. Yay! Got the first month's coffee. After that, nothing. Wrote to customer service, called customer service. Two weeks later, still haven't heard back.

On the phone I was told that they're working on "technical issues". Guess what? I don't care about your technical issues. You don't need technology to put some coffee in a box and put a stamp on it.

At this point I don't want the coffee anymore - please just refund the unused portion of the subscription.

Customer service is TOP - quick and they get you a specific info for a product! Great coffee!!!

After a month of never having received even a tracking number their only response was that they would prioritize my order and offered a 10 $ voucher if I decided to spend at least 30 $ more. I will not order anything from this store ever again and their peace offering was a slap in the face.
