Lovely products, great communication!

They handled my order and delivery great! Put a lot of care in the package, where each item was wrapped and secured.

The products I ordered are of high quality and I cannot wait to give them out as gifts for my friends, as well as use some myself. I am very excited to try the cherry chocolate coffee and the creme brulee one!

The communication from the seller was great to, they ensured the package gets delivered proper and coordinate so that I can wait for it (yay for not having to pick it up from a pakke shop).

It was my first time i ordered something from the seller, but i will definitely order again and recommend them to my friends and family :)

Not shipping to Finland when ordering online

I tried ordering coffee from Coffeebeansonline.dk, but the page said that they are not shipping to Finland. I had successfully ordered coffee from them about 12 or so years ago.

Because I could not order coffee from them anymore, I unsubscribed from their newsletter. After that Pia Krog send me a link to review my experience with them. I gave them 1 star, because I was highly disappointed for not being able to order coffee from them and a bit annoyed that she sent me an email after I had unsubscribed from their newsletter.

Afterwards Pia Krog told me that I could have ordered coffee from them by sending her an email. I am so disappointed with them that I do not want to do business with them. Now I'm ordering coffee locally.
