I submitted an application for their split program but my application was rejected. I was somewhat surprised because I am a healthy 31 year old woman with no allergies or notable medical conditions. Upon my inquiry, they explained that they rejected my application because my mother had thyroid cancer, even though she recovered from it. I thought it was a very strict criteria but then I also know other people whose application got accepted even though they had parents with illnesses that were more hereditary. This discrepancy made me feel uncomfortable.
I then asked to learn more about their keep program, which their website provided basically no information on. When I talked with them through a phone call they said they offer discounts for initial consultation and egg storage. They told me to sign a hipaa compliant form, which I did, but I never heard back from them again. They never responded to my follow up emails too.
