Trainer Club Gotcha
I admit I didn't have to deal with customer service so the other reviews very well might be accurate if you end up in that situation. They are in the UK and I am in the UK. I ordered on a Friday and received my Trainer Club Gotcha on the next Wednesday. It worked (and is still working a week later).

Go-tcha for Christmas. It came from the UK and was sent promptly. It didn’t come before Christmas but I put that down to Auspost delays and because it came internally.
I did order a second from a different company to have before Christmas and the second I bought seems to be a dodgy fake compared to the one bought from codejunkies so definitely authentic site.
don't buy from here, undelivered gotcha and no refund
I ordered a gotcha 3 weeks ago...it said it was delivered 2 weeks ago but is no where to be seen. Customer service is really bad they keep on closing tickets.
I told them that it says delivered but I haven't gotten it and they reply with this:
Could I also ask you to check with your local Post Office to see if they are holding the parcel for some reason please?

I replied back telling them that the post office doesn't have it after going there which took me an hour of my time! ( and if they did they would give me a card to say pick it up anyways). After that they have just closed the ticket. I'm surprised by the way they are treating this and it seems like I've gotten scammed £40. I'll update the review if they actually redeliver it to me AND I GET IT but for now they don't even deserve 1 star.
Honestly - Cannot Understand the 1* Reviews
Maybe I just got lucky but I ordered a Gotcha Classic on a Tuesday and by Friday afternoon it was here.
The day after (Wednesday) my order was still showing as 'unpaid', so I sent them an email or 'ticket' through their website at 8am and by 11am they had replied telling me it had been paid for and processed.
I ordered the black band, and although the package they sent me was for the pixelated one, they had put an additional black band in as well as the pixelated one!
Could not be happier, would encourage you to try it for yourself as I was sceptical after reading these reviews. The gotcha even came packaged with a protective film over the screen. 10/10.

I bought a gotcha classic, used paypal. Recieved my item in 3 working days. My online status was updated at each point.
Using the gatcha now for just over a week and it's like using a machine gun catching pokemon and spins stops both much 1quicker than humanly possible.

Customer service is bizarre
Customer service is bizarre. It’s been exactly one calendar month and 17 messages on their support platform trying to get a replacement Gotcha from Codejunkies. It’s crazy: they ask you the same questions multiple times, then ignore the answers and give you canned responses anyway and after a few messages they ask “did you buy this from us or we can’t help?” - no mate, I just picked your company at random, logged into my account and selected the exact order I wanted help with… come on! After chasing every week they have assured me that my replacement is on the way (that was a week ago) and also said they would refund my postage (but they’ve closed the ticket so not holding my breath on that).
Defective Device
Defective Device, doesnt last more than 4 hours without needing to be charged. Useless, returns and buying makes you pay the import tax so it will cost more to get and ship the device back than it costs itself.
Customer Service infiltrated by muppets!
I received a Gotcha as a gift, and it worked well for ~2 months. The other day, it simply stopped working. I contacted Codejunkies Customer Service to help me resolve the issue.
A bit of background. My sister purchased this device for me as a birthday gift and didn't retain the receipt. Unfortunately, this meant I needed to work with "customer service" people at the corporate office when trying to get it fixed/replaced. The experience was not good. In fact, I'm concerned that the Codejunkies customer support has been infiltrated by unhelpful space-aliens, or muppets, with little understanding of how to keep their customer base happy.
After several back and forth emails through their system, and after several times of them asking me the same question over-and-over again (questions I had already answered), they "informed" me that without a receipt, they would not be able to help me. Whaa? They never asked, but I was willing to mail the whole thing to the UK (I'm in the States) to get it fixed, but they don't care.
While the Gotcha may be a fun thing - stick with the Poke Ball Plus folks. It ... actually ... works. And funny thing? The customer service at Nintendo is actually better than at Codejunkies! If anyone knows the customer service at Nintendo, that's saying a LOT. Good luck if you get stuck in "Customer Service" hell folks.

Overall poor experience
I'm locked out of my account. I reset the password a few times but it keeps on telling me my login info is wrong.
And since you NEED to have an account to checkout... well, I'm screwed.
I created another account with a throwaway email address, only to discover that the only way to pay on the website is Paypal. Disapointing, since I don't have a paypal account and don't want to create one.

Item seems to be lost in transit, the shipping company used never received the item but when asking support about this all I get is seemingly automated replies stating my product has already been shipped.
Stay far away from this store, their support is utterly incompetent, and shipping is (in my experience) very dodgy.

Ordered a Got-cha from them and I am more than pleased. Not only is the Got-cha a great piece of kit but everything in the build up of buying was effortless and smooth. Payment, dispatch and delivery all done very quickly and not only that I received a spare wristband for the gotcha too!

The delivery to the Netherlands went super fast and the article works perfectly. To be honest I was a bit scared, reading those other reviews (that I didn't check at time of ordering) but instead the watch arrived two working days, in perfect condition.
