customer service inexistent..
Still to receive my order which was supposedly posted 8 days ago via Royal Mail Tracked 24..
I did enquire with customer service but had no reply.
They usually have good prices but the trust factor just dropped for me so won't be using them again.
I received an order from China that I did the same day.. is that bad.

Extremely Disappointing Experience After Years of Loyalty
As a long-time repeat customer, I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. My last order was significantly delayed, and despite sending emails, submitting complaints through the customer service form, I received no response.
When the order finally arrived, it was damaged, yet my attempts to report the issue have continued to be ignored. While delays and mistakes can happen, the complete lack of communication and customer support is unacceptable. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in the website and left me very dissatisfied with their service.

I love this website. Have been a customer for over 10 years. The prices and the choices are my cup of tea. Even though I pay for shipping it is still way cheaper than ordering here in US.
