the amount of people she has scammed out of money is ridiculous. no wonder she can afford all these lavish holidays and a big posh wedding

Yeah I wouldn’t even rate this business 1 star. When messaging about purchasing products I got an immediate response multiple times. However, when I wanted to return a dress my message was ignored, I then stated I didn’t want to miss the refund deadline and asked again for instructions. Got a response saying “sorry for the delay” 5 days later with instructions, in which I followed. I sent the dress back recorded delivery and tracked the parcel. I never heard back again and didn’t get my refund. Absolutely shocking and she had the cheek to like my photos on Instagram and uses celebrities to promote her brand. All messages and photo comments have been ignored - none have been unreasonable, I only asked about my refund and messages that hadn’t been responded to.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PERSON

I never received the items. They had been posted but never got to me. When I asked her is she going to resend or refund I’ve had no response at all. Had to contact my bank and luckily I paid by credit card but still have to wait 10 days for a refund

Can’t really give one star as the whole site is a total money scam!
Quick to take your money for cheap goods which look nothing like the pictures. I requested a returns form and she read my messages and ignored me. Clearly she’s desperate to take your money. It’s a shame as I love supporting small/online businesses and this makes people like me not bother when this is the treatment you get.

Me and my parter ordered a jumper for my sister in law for Xmas and after 10 days still hadn’t received it! After I contacted her via an instagram post (which she later deleted) she offered a refund or alternative delivery company (as said parcel was lost in transit) as it was an Xmas present I opted for a different delivery service. I STILL HAVENT RECIEVED MY ITERM AND WILL BE REPORTING HER AS THIS IS FRAUD!

Omg this women doesn’t even deserve one star. She is a disgrace. Don’t buy from her. She sent me poor quality items and won’t give me a refund when I returned them. Instead she put a burn mark and made them dirty and sent them back. Please please please don’t buy from her.

Under no circumstances purchase from this website , feel free to anyone to contact me about their bad experiences with this crowd I’m taking this further they are not getting away with this scam 🤔 I have contacted the uk trading standards and have made a formal complaint about them !!

Reads and ignores your messages on instagram whilst still posting pictures and stories... spoke to other girls about them also being ignored when asking about their orders and not receiving refunds! Do not order from here!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! You will never receive your order and they don’t even have the decency to tell you they wasn’t even gonna send it only because you ask they come up with some terrible excuse and very very rude. They will try and ignore you and delete any comments you make on their Instagram about how much of a poor company they are. They are a disgrace and should be shut down! Awful customer service and will rob you if your not careful. PLEASE JUST ORDER FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE THEY DON’T DESERVE CUSTOMERS!

Chanel is running a lovely little scam for herself, you pick your products, pay for them and she never posts them but keeps your money!

I have sent countless email, social media DMs, comments and still no clothes or refund. I actually got a refund for my delivery, a whole £3.60!

She lied and said my delivery was attempted and unsuccessful (lies as our hermes delivery driver knows our house very well can has our phone numbers in case we aren’t in) but when asked to prove the attempted delivery notification.... silence!

Don’t know how she sleeps at night knowing what a dirty thief she is!

Firstly if I had read all these negative comments before I ordered I would of thought twice...however... although unpaid £10 For next day delivery my dress didn't arrive.. I contacted Coco & Carter straight away and Chanel answered me almost straight away. She reordered my dress, sent it again for next day delivery plus refunded my £10! Dress is lovely can't wait to wear it on holiday. Thank you Chanel and Coco & Carter.

Don’t order from here. I ordered items for a holiday I have coming up in a couple of days and politely contacted her to ask if there was a mistake or loss of my order that I made 2 weeks ago, after paying £5 for 1-2 day delivery. She responded apologising and saying she would track and refund the delivery charge. This wasn’t done at all. Ongoing days later I have messaged a few more times via email and social media and my messages have been read on Instagram and ignored. This woman is taking peoples money and choosing to ignore people’s messages. When someone has paid for something they have every right to know what’s going on, and have their money back. this is disgusting. Don’t waste your money or risk having it robbed. I’m having to go through my bank to get my money back.

Twice I have ordered from coco and carter and both times trying to either get my order or money back it’s very difficult. She ignores all messages from you and when you comment on social media page she deleted the comments and replies to new enquiries only. NEVER order from them ⚠️

Took my money but never received jumpsuit! Doesn’t reply to messages on instagram & no postage tracking number on despatch confirmation email! When you email them the email bounces back undeliverable! I have now reported them to my bank for fraud!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! Robbers!!!

This website is a Fraud do not order on it ! Never received my order and she never replied to me. Emails were never read and send back .

Awful service. Ordered an item, got a dispatch email the following day. Over a week on and no item received. When I message Chanel Shayler. She said she would deliver herself, then decided she can’t and just gave me my money back. Took me 3 days to even get a response. Would avoid at all costs.

Disgusting !! Just disgusting!! Recieved my item, it was faulty. Refused any attempts to try and refund. Scaming cow!

I don't even want to give them one star!!! Scamming horrible company....DO NOT BUY you won't receive item.
