We love the quality and the price of the fence panels we ordered. We were told delivery would be between 2 and 15 days. The next we knew, the panels were delivered, without being informed. On that day, I was on my own, and by the time I had answered the door, due mobility issues, the panels etc., had been unloaded and placed against the garage door, which we needed to access to. If we had been informed of the delivery, I could have been available sooner, so that the delivery could have been unloaded to a more sensible place. The driver did offer to move the panels, but, I was so annoyed that I had not been informed, and that he thought blocking the garage door was a good idea, that I told him to just go. Once again, we have had to deal with a company that lacks communication skills. It appears to be contagious, as more and more companies forget to inform their customers.

If I need anything fence related, Cocklestorm is always my first port of call. Quality products at reasonable prices. Delivery took longer than I had hoped, but understandable the way things are at the moment. Perfectly satisfied.

brill service, happy with what they’ve done taking an old large ivy bush down and replacing it with panels. Even went extra mile and fixed a gap in fence that my little dog could escape out of. Highly recommend and getting more work done.

Good service but had to wait for delivery.
Not a problem, however, and product was superior.

My original expected date could not be met ,but I was assured it would arrive the following week which it did ,the panels appear to be of a lasting quality ,the driver was polite and helpful soi have no issues with my order and delivery I will buy again from Cocklestorm fencing.

They were very friendly and helpful on the phone as I was looking for a particular sized decking board that I have had difficulty finding. They sent a sample which was great as I can now be sure that it is the right size and will be ordering the decking board soon!

Ordered 6 x6 ft panels in April 3 panels needed cut. 15.oo pounds per cut .fourty pounds added to bill .it is now 18th june and no panels phoned them to be told it would take 6 weeks to cut 3 panels 3weeks.and three weeks to deliver. Phoned on the14 June told panels were ready 2 weeks ago waiting for transport manager to comfer delivery.can you ring on Friday 18th June phoned to de told no decision had deen made possibly in the next four weeks .bear in mind the panels were ready on the 27 th April I'm in Openshaw Manchester they are in Bury greater Manchester 15 minutes away. and it's taking 7 weeks to be belivered come on transport manager do your sums on the last note wen Ordered over the phone the never mentioned a 9 week wait iwould have been better off going to b and q and cutting them myself 2 day job come on 6weeks to cut 3 panels which might I add was a couple of inches of each piece and three weeks to believe 8 mies total joke still wating delivery dissatisfied customer .cannot recommended poor customer service delivery a no existence

Simply the best. Cocklestorm built decking over a small stream for us. The job was discussed, planned and carried out with professionalism, courtesy by all those attending. Communication was excellent throughout the process, so glad we chose Cocklestorm. I would definitely recommend them.

Ordered composite fencing to replace wooden fencing. Absolutely delighted, it’s even better than I thought it would be (couldn’t view before ordering pandemic in force). Could not recommend highly enough.

Ordered (online) 15x 6x5 vertical boards on 7th April. To a neighbouring postcode.

They rang on 8th April to clarify a cut panel, "right will get on your order today"... Brilliant, or so I thought.

Rang them on 16th, gentleman seemed confused, he had been away from work, & couldn't imagine why I had been rung on 8th when they haven't got any raw materials.

Same gentleman rang back about an hour later, they did have the timber, the order would be processed & with me next week.

Rang them on 22nd April, younger sounding lad, took my postcode, confirmed order still not made, probably next week, but did say they take upto 3 weeks.

Rang today 28th, (3 weeks after order placed) took loads of contact details & rang me back about an hour later.

Confirmed order still not made, not able to give a rough idea when order would be processed.

Naively I had removed several old panels at week 2, (whilst I had a skip) so I could landscape, leaving property open, because I thought 'next week' was coming.

Just wanted a delivery date I could work with, or even a rough idea, but 3 weeks after order, no date could be given.

I have used cocklestorm before & never had an issue.

In the time I've waited, I've had deliveries from multiple builders merchants with items that are 'in short supply, maybe extended lead time' & from skip/ hire companies, on date they specified without issue.

Just a bit of information, I could have worked with.

Order now cancelled & placed order with other company, giving delivery date of 4th May.

Brilliant service from order enquiry, delivery times were accurate, installation work by Ceiran and Jordan was professional and they cleared up afterwards.

Not worth a single star. Ordered two different panels one of which is not in stock. They will not deliver the ones in stock until the others arrive from Poland which they do not have a definite date for! I’ve been told on the phone they would reserve the panels in stock for me but didn’t. Outrageous and rigid attitude despite it being their fault. Website shows panels in stock when they aren’t! Been told different things by different people. Waited nearly six weeks and they don’t care. Poor business conduct, very disappointed.

This firm is excellent. My trellis arrived early, well protected in recyclable wrapping.
It was really good quality and I am very happy with my purchase. As a Garden Designer I have used many firms.This is one of the best.
