Absolutely ridiculous casino, you can deposit very fast and easy, but as soon as you want to withdraw, they start asking for a few documents, then they will decline your request and ask you for atleast 5 or 6 more and will continue to invent new ways to decline and not pay you the money that you legally won.

Rejected withdrawal due to wagering requirements which aren’t stated in T&Cs. Made ID and proof of address and bank account over complicated then rejected for lies about T&Cs. Have screenshotted everything and escalated to Citizens Advice Bureau

This site is a scam , easy to deposit money but will not allow you to withdraw. My $700 withdrawal was processing for 2 weeks , they were asking for 10 verification documents. Then once I was verified and asked about the withdrawal, they closed my account. Stay away from this scam of a site unless you enjoy lighting money on fire.

If there was I put not a star but a stable from the manure that proved to be. An uneducated, disrespectful, dishonest support service, they always promise to evaluate loyalty on subsequent deposits and instead they make fun of you. a piece of advice to those who have an account, remove it immediately and if you want to open a gaming account, stay away from here and from all the casinos of the Dama NV group to which I wrote and they didn't even respond to me, your health and serenity are at stake because they would cause people to swear even the saints.

Scandalous as!!! Bullcrap deposit bonuses and when you have a wagering bonus (first deposit 100% blabla) you can only play certain games which is literally about a handful of games. Wanted ME to cancel my bonus so they could manually put the free spins on👀 what else you doing manually??? Dodgy as, and the chat people look just as bad dodgy. When you try to cash out they keep making up new rules to "verify" your identity. Whenever you comply with their rules they make up another one. Note that there are 0 requirements to deposit. This is a 100% scam site don't fall for it

no issue whatsoever in taking money from your bank account but when it comes to give them back to you they will not make it easy at all... like many other online casino after all.
Pros: RTP seems fair in most games
Customer care impressively quick to answer your calls and handled my calls very professionally (live chat has always been pretty much immediate- that is a big plus really, I should give one more star just for that)
Plenty of choice of slots and other games... endless lists ( a very small minority of games feel obsolete and cheap)

Cons: Verification process (they are very slow or do not keep you updated with the progress of your application - you will end up having to contact them to find out if they want something else or something different).
Some games do not work well on Android (app or browser)( some of these games worked well for me on other online casino accounts).

Giving one star rating would be unfair as there are so many other online casinos out there (feel free to see my other reviews left here on Trustpilot) that are just scamming people and covertly inciting unsafe gambling. Perhaps Cobra casino deserves more than two stars but I will update this rating later on if they prove themselves...BTW all my previous feedback are not very positive but I am genuinely looking forward and trying my best to leave a 5 star rating and write an excellent review for a online casino... we'll see how Cobra casino will perform in the next few months...

This company are crooks. I made a few deposits and after 3rd one I won and tried to cash out $200. They do everything to not pay out. I’m my bank investigate them for fraud. They ask for your bank info the second you try to withdraw. If they were legit they would email your money the same way you can deposit it. They have absolutely no use for your banking info except to try and steal from you further down the road. Absolutely the worst casino I’ve ever played at.

Do NOT waste your money on this website. The games are great but it is literally impossible to get your withdrawal. They ask for proof of deposit I’ve sent my whole bank statement with everything they ask. They keep copying and pasting and just replying to me with that. I’ve asked over and over to please look at my documents as it says everything they need in my bank statement! Only to be replied with the same emails over and over, with my bank statements getting denied. Literally the worst site I have ever played on. All my address’s matched all my ID, I’ve never had a problem cashing out in the years I’ve played except for this site.

Let me start from beginning. I am from UAE and i open an account in cobra casino a month ago and deposit money through my credit card, everything was fine at that stage. Then they asked for card verification and other things which i did it properly and they approve it. When i won the bet and try to withdraw money to my credit card they said we can not send money to cards in Uae and u need to provide is with account number and verify that as well which i did it properly. They became with the excuse that we can not even transfer money to account and you need to open MiFinity Account wich i did as well. This was only the beginning nad worse mess happen at the end where i placed bet $2000 on argentina to win overall in final. After all happen in the game, argentina won and i expected my return but i recieved my even money. I start chat with them which I’m gonna post as well about the situation and even the support team doesn’t know what happened and he told me ur bet it’s not valid for penalties then i said ok then I should have lost since it become draw and he had nothing to say. As u know all betting online are using algorithms to scam the customers but this company is beyond your emaginatin which I can’t believe. Be careful with the big scammers
