We carry out pothole repairs nationwide and do not have any customer-facing premises or depots open to the public. We also have no record of any works, enquiries, or contracts under your name.
Additionally, our vehicles are not sign written, so it would not be possible to identify us in the way described.
We take our reputation, safety, and professional standards extremely seriously. All of our engineers are randomly drug and alcohol tested, and the situation described does not reflect our business in any way.

Great quality work
Prompt attendance, reasonably priced and great quality repairs. Team that attended were courteous, kept noise to a minimum and left the site clean and tidy.

Very good workmanship did a very fine finish to the Tarmac work that we had them come and do at our premises we had them do 160 MM of base coat and topping along with some Line Marking work. They kept us up-to-date with all the work Throughout the full process and was very transparent from start to finish would recommend and what to use again thanks guys

Suppose to turn up, never did and then claimed we cancelled it.
Have tried to call to investigate what went on but no-one is returning my calls or emails.
In terms of his response, they have not called us once let along six times. We have a full log of all our calls being a business centre we can provide as evidence if need be.

I do apologise for the inconveniences you may have experienced and the lack of communication you’ve received.
But we have visited site twice and been refused entry
I have personally tried calling you back 6 times to discuss on several occasions.
After multiple emails back and forth it’s rather difficult at this time of the year to schedule in linemarking jobs as it is very weather dependent.
You was quoted for linemarking works and was told these works are very fragile to weather dependant conditions, these works cannot be done in the rain or in cold temperatures.
If the area has been gritted recently then this also cannot be done.
We have had terrible weather conditions the past few weeks effecting us and our customers.
We have rescheduled multiple jobs across the uk due to bad weather conditions
We understand it’s frustrating but we pride ourselves on our workmanship and if these works was done in bad weather conditions they simply wouldn’t last to which you’d be more disappointed.
The purchase order has since been cancelled and I apologise you feel messed around.
With linemarking works they are a seasonal job.
Summer time is a better time for these works to be complete.

The team arrived promptly and started work, they were polite and courteous to ourselves and the neighbours, even moved a neighbour's car for them as they were ill in bed. Fantastic team of men would highly recommend to anyone. 5stars from myself and the parents.

Absolutely atrocious customer service
Absolutely atrocious customer service! I requested a quote two months ago and despite multiple promises, no engineer ever showed up. Called twice, marked as urgent, promised callbacks—nothing! It's been seven days now and still no response. Frustrating beyond belief!

My apologies on the delay as we was unaware you had left this review until today.
I’ve looked in to this and there are some things which are correct and other which are incorrect.
You made contact with us by telephone and your details was taken.
The next day we tried to make contact with you by telephone which was unavailable,
You called back to which we then sent a surveyor out to inspect the works you require.
Once on site our surveyor inspected the works and suggested a different firm as it’s not what we speacilse in.
You requested another call back to which I myself made contact and said I’ll talk to the surveyor.
Once I myself spoke with our surveyor they referred you to get a specialist roofer not a pothole repair company.
You then contacted our suveryor directly and called he’s personal mobile requesting a quotation for the works which we don’t carry out.
My sincere apologies that you feel miss treated in this situation but the works you require is not our business and you was told multiple times by our surveyor that we don’t carry out these works.
You didn’t chase the office of this situation
You contacted us twice by mobile and had the surveyor out.
I’m not sure how many times you called the surveyors mobile but any quote requests or questions should go through the office and not personal lines out of business hours.
Really happy with the tarmac works…
