Seamless booking experience
Seamless experience as ever booking with Coastal Cottages. That's the reason I've been using them for a good 15 years or more!

Payment failed initially.
I usually have no difficulty booking online on this website, which is normally easy and straightforward. However, on this occasion, the online booking process failed three times. I used two different credit cards and input a OTP each time. The error message said the processing of my payment failed.
I tried again several hours later and was successful.

Not recognised as a returning customer.
No complaints really, have used Coastal Cottages on many occasions in recent years and the booking process is consistently effective. I was however surprised to receive a follow-up email welcoming me as a "First time customer'. Something maybe worth looking into.
