This company seems to go by several names including YouFine Art Sculpture and CN Statue. When I contacted them, I asked about having 2 statues on their website – one exactly like the photo (the photo was actually from a museum and not of one of their statues, but they said they could make it) and another with different colors/marble than what they had on their site.
I was referred to “Susan”. What ensued was weeks of back and forth emails to get the price (which changed) and shipping quotes… and then months of waiting.
When I was sent photos of “my” statues, one had a different base than the one I ordered and the other was all white and with a different base than I had ordered. I was told the first one could be made as I had ordered but the second one was exactly I had ordered because that’s the photo they had put on my order which I had consented to (but, they did not have a picture of the statue with the base I HAD requested). When the first statue was remade, it still didn’t have the proper base. At that point, I was told it could not be made like I wanted (and they had put on my order). After receiving so many excuses for weeks (“I had a family emergency”, “I had to move unexpectedly”, including photos of packed luggage), I finally wrote, just send these.
The prices for the statues were reasonable and I chose freight. Mistake. Their freight charges did not include all charges. I wound up paying double what they had quote for the shipping. “Susan” told me they would give me goodwill $100 refund. She also told me the crate had shipped a month before it was actually shipped.
When it arrived, one of the statues was broken. So sad, too bad. Zero compensation. I was told to “just use marble glue”.
Regarding the refund, after weeks of being told that it would be sent to my Paypal, that it had been sent, oops, that it would be sent… I got nothing.
Hands down, the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with – the gaslighting, the excuses, the misrepresentation of goods, the lack of customer care afterwards… I had planned to buy more at first, based on their pricing but, never again.

The real product looks exactly the same as the original design. The surface treatment is nice and smooth. Everybody appreciates again. Comfort buying experience.

I ordered a custom fireplace mantel from You Fine Art Sculpture (cnstatue.com) -- I received a defective mantel and I was price scammed!!

1) You Fine Art Sculpture made a mistake and cut two of the fireplace mantel components too short!! YOU FINE ART SCULPTURE REFUSED TO RE-SHIP THE CORRECT SIZE COMPONENTS!!!

2) You Fine Art Sculpture quoted $1,680 to manufacture a fire place mantel including delivery to Philadelphia, PA. However You Fine Art Sculpture refused to honor their quote and I paid $3,600 (more than double the original quote).

3) You Fine Art Sculpture quoted a 12 week lead time including overseas freight to Philadelphia -- instead the process took 9 months.

4) The communication (all via email and messaging) to process the order took 35 weeks and HUNDREDS of hours of my time.

Do not be deceived -- I hope to spare you the grief I experienced.

Really really bad service. I bought a wind scupture that turned up with a motor that didnt work and big gouges out of the side because it had been badly packed (I suspect). These people had no interest in solvng the problem. Told me to but some paint to cove rthe gouge, and that they had given me the motor 'free'. They did offer to replace the motor - priovide I paid for air freight. Awful. Has cost me several hundered pounds to remedy the problems
