Delays like the one you’ve experienced are not the standard we aim for, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the shipping delay. Our standard delivery timeline is 3–5 days, but during this particularly busy time, some orders have been impacted by unforeseen delays with our shipping partners.

Disappointing Service
Ordered two t shirts, was no option for free delivery so had to pay. Received the order and neither t shirt was suitable so requested a refund and had to pay a further £6.50 meaning all in all I’ve paid £10 just to be able to try this product on. Sent both back and received no communication so had to email to chase and was told that they had received my return and it would take 3-7 working days to receive the refund. I have had to chase this again as 8 working days have passed and still no refund.

Ordered some items from Club 1984 and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the pieces, unfortunately the oversized look was too big so needed to be turned. I had a great experience with customer care, I felt well looked after and ensured that I will get a refund for the returned items.

Scammers selling you some cheap prints in ugly fit
Absolute scam, got the porche shirt, the cut/fit and fabric is cheapest 180 maybe gsm from Turkey with a cool cheap print on it. No do not buy is a scam with cool graphic thats how they sell.I requested a return no answer from those scamers.

The quality of the clothes are very good but the sizing is odd! More wide that long in body, brought a size L hoodie and t-shirt for my husband and Son, my husband is 6ft and my son approx 5.9 and they are far to short on them!! If they slightly raise their arms it’s like a crop top! And if anything they have longer legs and shorter torso. I’d only recommend this brand if you are on the shorter side, maximum 5.7, it’s a shame as it’s a nice clothing, maybe it’s a preference thing and it’s meant to be like that but my son and husband just don’t feel comfortable in them and showing skin from one wrong move

Very poor quality, dropshipping and too expensive
After numerous problems with the delivery of my order, I finally received it. I then discovered some very poor quality sweatshirts that could be described as dropshipping made in China. I paid the equivalent of 220 euros for 2 sweatshirts of mediocre quality. Clearly, at such a high price, the customer has the right to expect a quality product. Threads are sticking out, the fabric is very thin, the seams are of poor quality and the print will wash off in the first wash. Sweaters should cost 60-70 euros, not 110...
I'm very disappointed and will obviously no longer be recommending this brand, which claims to have a high-end image but is nothing but dropshipping. I literally feel like I've been SCAMMED !

So this is now my 2nd review. After being promised my refund for nearly a month, I still haven’t received it. As you can see from the response on my last review, they said it was resolved. They are lying. Still no refund on a £100 jumper! Do not expect your money back if you return your item!! They just keep telling me that the refund is coming. Do not believe them.

Loyal customer since the beginning in 2018. CLUB 1984 is nothing short of an outstanding brand with exceptional products releasing every drop. Material, finish, color, design, message, status, pioneering and symbolic all in one. From before the 'No Pirlo, No Party' days up until today, I believe they will continue to expand even after taking off as a whole in 2020. Due to being U.S. based, the delivery process and arrival is tough but worth the wait every single time. Having launched and still working on the Cybertruck, it's a collaboration that fits well together after recent posts. Despite of many look-alikes, there is only one CLUB 1984. The future is bright and will definitely take the clothing industry by storm. In addition, engagement with day ones would also be killer. In the end this is and will always be in my books a strongly recommended brand.
