I hate the cloud

I hate the cloud. It steals my photos and let's me access it ONLY if I'm online. But I prefer not to have any data, so I can't access my photos unless I pay out another $50/month for an unlimited data plan.
I wish I could get the stupid thing off my phone, I think its a stupid idea. I back my own images up on my pc

Signed up with them as an alternative…

Signed up with them as an alternative to Telitec who were great until they were sold. We pay for 1000 fibre and are getting tested speeds of 70. Endless excuses and no solutions. The bottom line is they are rubbish, I wouldn't recommend them, try elsewhere.

tv system is not good - no technicians available to talk to

The tv system provided is not good. This weekend has been particularly bad. Missed the end of several programmes. Also if you need help with anything you cannot ever speak to a technician. You only get to speak with a girl in the office who makes a note of your problem. Speaking to someone who understands the system is important. Never had this problem with our previous supplier. Only had to move to Cloud Fibre as they were the only company supplying fibre where we live.

Unreachable technical help

Since recently I have drops. But they cannot seem to fix it. The main problem is the lack of communication and the we are unreachable policy outside office hours and holidays.

So far so good

Excellent installation service, the connection so far so good. Low outage and normally good speed.

The reason why not 5 stars is if you have a problem outside office hours, you can't reach anyone.
