From 1 July 2026, the EU has introduced a new €3 customs charge on orders arriving from outside the EU with a value of €150 or less.
Depending on what’s in your order, this charge may apply to more than one item type.
This is a new EU-wide regulation and is separate from VAT or any other delivery fees.

Bought 2 pairs of shorts
Bought 2 pairs of shorts, the tie cord on the olive pair is fine when double tied and fits well.
The waist tie cord on the stone pair stone pair is for some reason much shorter and cannot be double tied.
The cord when tied constantly slips and is too short.

Did not receive my refund
Couldn’t cancel my order after placing it. Received the order and returned with my own money and got proof of postage.
Never received my refund of £30 because they said they didn’t receive the parcel despite me sending them proof of delivery. Out of pocket by £30 for an order I didn’t want. Won’t be ordering ever again.

I have ordered from this company twice…
I have ordered from this company twice now and should have learned my lesson the first time.
The quality is extremely poor. My first order was a T-shirt, and the seam came apart the very first time I wore it.
After leaving it a while, I decided to give them another chance and ordered a pair of trainers. Unfortunately, the quality was just as bad. After only four wears, the rubber sole started peeling away from around three-quarters of the shoe.
Based on my experience, the products are poorly made and do not last. I would strongly advise others to avoid purchasing from this company.
