Great customer service
I had an item arrive faulty (part of a popper button missing).
This item was a present for my Dad and he only not noticed 6 weeks after they were purchased. I didn’t have the original packaging but the label etc was still on.
A new item has been sent to me and I didn’t even have to return the faulty item. I did send some pictures of the fault.
Delighted with how this resolved and very quickly as well.

Gorgeous clothes but the shorts were…
Gorgeous clothes but the shorts were huge fitting. My polo shirt arrived faulty, with the collar threads falling apart, which made it look like part of the collar is missing. Unfortunately can’t send it back in the time frame. Little disappointing for my first order.

Poor customer service
I have previously used closure and not had any issues. However I ordered my partner 3 sets for his birthday and noticed that one of the tracksuits was missing À jacket. I contacted customer service and sent all the relevant information requested to be told that they have investigated and reviewed cctv footage and they could find no issue their end, they recommended filing a civil dispute with the Police. I asked the case not to be closed as I later discovered that another set was mismatched sizes, again I had to resubmit all the information and have not heard from them since 11 July despite chasing them.

Poor customer service
I have previously purchased clothing from closure and had no issues and I love the clothes. However my recent purchase 19th June which were presents for my partners birthday, I spent over £100 only to find that one of the tracksuits purchased was missing the jacket. I enquired and sent all the relevant information requested, the case was closed following investigation and checking their cctv and advised me to file a crime report with the Police. I then discovered that the shorts and T-shirt set ordered were different sized top and bottoms, again I emailed customer service and was asked for the same information again which I supplied. I have not heard back from them since 11 July and I have chased them. What a waste! my partner can’t even wear 2 out of the 3 sets bought.

After paying DPD 23.94 euros to receive my delivery there was only one outfit in my parcel when I order four outfits. So now they tell me the rest of my orders have been sent back to your company because payment wasn't paid.
