Broke the hinge on my glasses and just over 1 year old, my Opticians said the couldn’t do anything and my quote was over £300 for new Varifocals.
This company repaired them and a perfect invisible repair…took 1 week and just £35.00.

Very impressed by helpfulness and quality
Very impressed by helpfulness of this company and quality of reading glasses. I used to work in optics myself and so had some technical questions before ordering, which were promptly and accurately answered. Spectacles were of excellent quality, good value for money, and would certainly order again.
I ordered right at the start of the first 2020 Covid lockdown, and so there was, inevitably, some delay in delivery, as there was with everything else I ordered on line at the time; but I would not say delay was unreasonable under the circumstances, and I found the company very helpful in keeping me informed about what was happening. I have therefore given 5 stars, despite the delay, because the rest of the service was so good, and it wasn't the company's fault that there were postal delays.
I found this company pleasant to deal with. I am very pleased with the appearance, comfort and quality of the spectacles, and I would certainly use this company again.

Never received my glasses bought back in August. Emailed 'Phil' who blamed Covid and promised to send a free pair while I waited. No free pair or originally bought pair arrived. Think of all the money this guy is making conning people. Disgusting

Very happy with my reading glasses
Very happy with my reading glasses, whilst the delivery was slower than expected Phil did communicate to explain. Also brilliant value compered to other companies so worth waiting for. I will definitely be using Closevision again.

Paid and ordered pair of reading…
Paid and ordered pair of reading glasses that just never arrived. Phoned and was promised twice that they had been posted. From what I can see this is all being run from a little cottage, although he tells you he is an optician.
