Tried to open account at the start of…
Tried to open account at the start of April 2026 via online application, received email notification that my application was under review & someone would "be in touch shortly". Two weeks later had no update so I contacted them by phone to chase things up. Was told (and confirmed by email) that I needed to send two forms of ID and received an apology that no one had contacted me. Immediately sent off requested ID and received confirmation of receipt email that stated "Thank you for your email, you will shortly receive further information regarding your new account." Five weeks later, still not heard anything, so suffice to say that I have taken my custom elsewhere. If they can't be relied upon when opening an account, I would worry about their abilities to resolve any issues once they have your money. Avoid at all costs.

App is impossible to access
App is impossible to access. I spent hours trying to get into my accounts today. It constantly rejects the one time code claiming it is incorrect, that is if they even condescend to issue one.
I spoke to two young ladies on the phone today who gave me different and contradictory information. One refused to transfer a maturing fixed rate bond into an ISA saying I had to do it myself on the app - IF ONLY !

Fixed ISA matured and I was given wrong info re funds after closure res7lting in a delay in transferring to new provider and a loss of interest. Belatedly they acknowledged their error - which was something I suppose.
