Don’t be fooled by the name … these people are scammers
I am having to get Police, Ombudsman and credit card company involved as they have stolen my money and broken the law.
I’ve sent 15 EMAILS since I was legally due my refund.
They’ve been replying for weeks saying their accounts department is ‘looking into it’ but no refund ever comes. Now ignoring me….

They are breaking the law by not providing refund within the legal timeframe.
