They turned up on time on the day expected, very friendly and professional in removal of our items. They worked hard and appreciated our pre-packing, making their job so much easier. Their quote was very reasonable and very happy to answer any questions. Most of our items are in their storage unit, leaving essential items we needed in our home, until we are ready to move. I would highly recommend Clockwork Removals and Storage Inverness.

My daughters shelves were broken in half.
My dressing table was scratched.
My microwave ended up with a big dent in it.
I would never use this company again or recommend to someone else.
The manager said he would look into it and nothing ever happen.

Prompt, helpful and professional. Everything went well in the day with no hitches. The only small issue was getting boxes delivered in advance due to staff being unavailable but more were delivered on the day.

Clockwork were great, we had a disaster of a house purchase with dates continually moving and throughout they were patient and helpful. When we eventually got to the point of moving all was efficient and professional and they made a very stressful situation much more bearable. Highly recommended.

Easy to use
Overall we had a great experience with Clockwork, Sophie was an excellent point of contact for any queries and Eddie made the move quick and painless. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Clockwork.
The only thing that would have made the experience better was a quick call the day before the move. Our last contact was more than a week prior and it would have set our minds at ease if there had been some communication to confirm the job.

Fantastic service and staff
Booked Clockwork to move my mother from her flat into a new house. From the initial visit we were kept fully apprised of what would happen and on the day of the move the staff arrived on time and efficiently packed the house.
At the new house everything was placed in the right rooms with no problem.
I can highly recommend the Company and would definitely use again.
