I use Clipfly primarily to turn photos into Video.

I use Clipfly primarily to turn photos into Video. It does a pretty good job when people are looking right at the camera but often I find myself having to try over and over again altering my directions and still never quite getting a usable clip. These guys are better than a lot of the companies but I have spent quite a bit of money and often it gets wasted on failed video attempts.
