Tried the hydration tabs and love the orange sport ones.
The hydration tablets dissolve ridiculously slowly. As a professional endurance athlete, I’ve tried almost all the hydration tabs in the market, and they’re for sure the worst I’ve ever tasted. Avoid!
I also tried their ‘Caidr’ app — waste of time. There are apps that are 1000 times better than this. Don’t waste your time!
