After an experience with Click your flat, I would like to share some constructive feedback, particularly regarding the organizational difficulties encountered.

I found myself caught in a veritable logistical tangle, which seemed to stem directly from poor rapport among team members. This dynamic, instilled in my opinion by a team member – likely connected to management – through their lack of commitment and consideration, visibly undermined cohesion and efficiency.

It is fair to say that the quality of the service left me profoundly dismayed, to the point where one could describe the process as… cataclysmic. From booking to the moment of fully enjoying the service, absolutely nothing went as planned. Such disorganization leads to a level of frustration that borders on the surreal.

The final result fell dramatically short of expectations, with work lacking the precision and professionalism one would anticipate.
I do not plan to repeat the experience,but I wish the company well in evolving towards more equitable and demanding practices.

Terrible, Dirty Apartment.
We booked 2 time, 2 different apartments and didn't receive ant invoices for our payment. The company doesn't respond to our calls and emails.
The Cece suite in Paris where we stayed is a dreadful place. The apartment is very dirty and unfinished. The bathroom is so filthy that you'd be better off wearing shoes even while taking a shower to avoid bacteria. The sofa is so dirty that you'd rather not sit on it, and you wouldn't want to know what kind of dirt is in it.

In one bedroom, you can't even open the window, and you have to accept that you'll be sleeping next to the entrance door, hearing every move from the neighbors.

Cedric is uncommunicative and unhelpful. On the Click My Flat website, they've deactivated reviews. I mean, what kind of person and company is this?

We highly recommend not booking this apartment if you value normal living conditions.
