This honestly deserves less than half a star ...
After an experience with Click your flat, I would like to share some constructive feedback, particularly regarding the organizational difficulties encountered.
I found myself caught in a veritable logistical tangle, which seemed to stem directly from poor rapport among team members. This dynamic, instilled in my opinion by a team member – likely connected to management – through their lack of commitment and consideration, visibly undermined cohesion and efficiency.
It is fair to say that the quality of the service left me profoundly dismayed, to the point where one could describe the process as… cataclysmic. From booking to the moment of fully enjoying the service, absolutely nothing went as planned. Such disorganization leads to a level of frustration that borders on the surreal.
The final result fell dramatically short of expectations, with work lacking the precision and professionalism one would anticipate.
I do not plan to repeat the experience,but I wish the company well in evolving towards more equitable and demanding practices.
