I can’t get registered- is the site still running? I have tried to input my information to the registration form so many times and it doesn’t work. It also won’t allow me to send an email from the site, it’s like it doesn’t like either of my email addresses? I have tried emailing them from my aol account last week, and still not had any response. I wonder if the site has gone under as I can’t see any reviews past spring last year?

I've been part of Clicksresearch for a number of years and tested a variety of products. Once you get through qualification survey and get approved for testing products are usually received within days (depending on trial start date). Depending on the product testing can take between a few days to several weeks and there are usually a few questionnaires to complete throughout the testing period.
However, 9 out of 10 invitations I receive when I click on the link the study is already full, even if I click the link within a few minutes of receiving an email. This is becoming more and more common now which is really frustrating. Had it not been for that I would have given the site 5 stars

Located in Aus. They do have semi-regular studies (for makeup for example) but if there's anything wrong with the study, nobody responds, ever. You can email them or use the contact form linked to the study and it's crickets. Having a problem with the current study as the survey questions are all messed up and don't correlate to the items sent out. Can't complete it but get NO REPLY to any messages!

Reliable company that allows users to review certain products before being put out in the market. Delivery time is quick and survey questions are easy to understand thus a more honest feedback is gathered by them.

I love joining clicks research. Their studies are thorough and not bugs in the app. They notify with all updates.

Great site love the tests i test

Good variety of products to review, but sadly get snapped up super quickly so very rare that I get a product to try.

Probably one of the greatest websites o have ever used products get sent I review them let them know if the product is good or bad and that’s literally it! So simple yet so amazing!

You get to discover and test great products and the questionnaire system is pretty straightforward. It’s great!

Absolutely love clicks research I have been involved in a lot and of tests and I thoroughly enjoyed them all. Cant wait for future projects clicks is the best!

Click research is great at providing innovating products and the process from receiving the products to reviewing is very easy. I’ve had the pleasure of testing some great creams.

I have had many opportunities to test and sample a variety of products, from makeup to hair and skin products. I give honest feedback and get to try new products. The process and communication is also very good.

My favourite website. Ive been a member for years and I have never been disappointed. I always get the best products to test it's so exciting to receive new stuff and actually give my honest opinion. Surveys are great too.

Plenty of opportunities to participate in studies. There are a wide variety of products to test, I've had body, face and hair care products. The surveys are quick and easy to fulfil. I would highly recommend Clicks Research if you are interested in skin care and hair and beauty products.

I love the products I receive from Clicks Research, they always include a detailed instruction regarding the product.
