This is the fasted I ever was able to get help with ClickFunnels! I have been a member with Classic since 2021 and it was always back and forth emails, loom videos, making help so drawn out! Booking this call, talking to Tyson, getting 1-1 quick help on the fly is how help should be! Every single aspect of Clickfunnels is…
Every single aspect of Clickfunnels is has bugs. Limitation are everywhere. Software is clunky and misses basic features.
They have paused my account out of the blue and I'm actively losing money because I can't launch my Black Friday campaign.
This is costing me thousands of euros as we speak.
The list of bugs is endless:
- Bullet points deleting 2 at a time instead of 1. You press CTRL + Z nothing happens.
- Impossible to select the right container 50% of the time. You need to click Layers. It resets view every time you click something.
- You wanna know how big an image you just uploaded is? Impossible. Wanna order by name? Nope. Wanna see the image name? Nooope.
- Wanna save an Universal Component? The save button is hidden under the right inspector and it will take you 30 minutes to find.
- Wanna inspect your CSS fast? No way. It's in a very thin window.
The list goes on and on and on.
I'm just gonna test one funnel and then bring my business elsewhere.
Chat support is fast but atrocious. Spanish-accent people that send you random Loom video where they never fix anything. They seem to have no idea how the internet works, let alone internet marketing.
EDIT:
I increased to 3 stars.
The reason is, after spending some time exploring the whole platform, I have to say it's a really comprehensive platform and, even if at the beginning is counterintuitive, when you learn how to use it, it's very powerful.
It still remains that it's full of bug and lacks basic functions, so for me it's a 3 stars at the moment.
EDIT 2:
After continuing to use Clickfunnels 2.0, I unfortunately decided to bring it back to 1 stars.
The platform is unfathomably infested with bugs.
It doesn't matter if the platform design is great is things keep breaking every day.
They removed the support chat. AI bot says it's connecting you to a human and leaves you waiting.
Head of customer support reached out to me, offered his help, and then left me 3 days waiting for his response on a very basic matter.
I've been in internet business for 10 years. I imagine a beginner would simply give up.

I am new to click funnels but not new to business & strategies! I have created a few funnels but was stuck on a few steps! Tyson walked me through the funnel & the necessary steps to fix my issues and allow me to go live with our funnels! The more funnels I create, the easier it gets and the more sales our company makes! Just fed up
Just fed up. Been using this for a year. Some bugs at the start but nothing major, but as we have aggressively scaled in the last 4 months it's been constant bugs that mean events arent firing / wrong events are firing etc. So much money has been wasted on ads because of click funnels. Their support just tries to give you work arounds for the bugs, and when they can't fix the bug a "ticket" gets made for their software team or whatever, that literally never got answered. I wish we setup on a different software originally. Anybody serious about growing to £100k/month - £1 million/month do not setup using clickfunnels.

No one should use this software anymore.
Their product was good in 2018. It hasnt' basically been updated ever since.
They used to have live chat support, now they don't even have it anymore.
Product: Worthless.
Customer Support: Non-existent.
Please do yourself a favour and switch to a better software.
