Very poor customer support

Very poor customer support. They account management is pretty weak. They don't follow up promptly and you get weak support if at all.

If you rely on them for running you business, you better be prepared for significant downtime.

They need to learn how to communicate with their clients. Ironically, they are in the telecommunications business without communicating.

Leaving messages on their VM and sending in email tickets for "24/7" support is left on deaf ears.

Where are you guys when your customers need help?

After 1 Year integration Still not working - Customer service does NOT follow up

I spent more than a year , and hundreds of dollars in programming time. Bottom line this company does NOT know how to integrate into the USA SMS network. EVERY single message gets blocked with a network error and they have NO method to solve it. I finally after MANY tries got a customer service person on the line, spent 40 minutes proving to him that it was on their end, only for him to say he would send it to their engineers, and then BOOM, NO return call , no fix and no resolution.

UPDATE: After I posted this review on Trustpilot, I finally got some action. No real communication, but action, out of nowhere they suddenly resolved the problem and all of a sudden my messages started to work. They could be a great company and service if they communicated better with their customers, and were responsive to them before they resort to writing critical reviews.

I have updated my stars review from the initial 1 star to now 3 stars since they did fix the problem.

Just hope you don't need help from their support

Fairly easy to setup. Been using for a few months now and only had a couple of issues but it's the support that's terrible or non existent. Both times I've contacted them it took over 30 hours for a response and then the answers came from various people who didn't seem to know that others from their company were in touch with me. As another reviewer stated, the answers are then fairly vague. if they can sort out their support then they would have a pretty decent service overall.

Pretty bad service.I do not recommend them at all.
