Fantastic staff but could do with more!
We had a fantastic experience with the staff, particularly Breda and Jodie, who both went above and beyond to help us.
We dealt with Breda on Friday evening while trying to book a cruise. Unfortunately, the booking portals were experiencing technical difficulties and kept glitching. Breda stayed until 7pm trying to get everything sorted for us to no avail.
Jodie then took over on Saturday and was equally brilliant. Breda had even messaged Jodie on her day off to make sure our booking was followed up. With portals still down she made direct contact with the cruise company and was finally able to secure our booking.
The only downside is that the team seems to be very understaffed, especially considering how busy they are. The phone waiting times can be very long, frustrating for both customers and the staff.
