I ordered on March 4, 2026 some tins of Sardines. Despite my reminders by email and not answered telephone calls I got no reply at all.
I think this company is a scam.

You will through your money, this company webside will disappear just after your order....

I live in Cork City, Ireland. My wife is from Belgium and has used this company frequently but lately she has been very disappointed. Today is November 13th 2025. My wife ordered some Cote D'Or chocolate and some waffles on 30th June 2025. Despite numerous emails and messages left on their phone, she has not got a reply or received any part of her order. Very disappointing. Well it is now 1st January 2026 and my wife is still waiting for her overdue delivery and 6 months has passed by. She was contacted initially after I posted my review by this company who aplogised for the delay. However they have not delivered the goods. Terrible customer service.

Update on my previous post. Do NOT order anything from this company. My wife is still waiting for her delivery since 30th June 2025. Here we are, over 8 months later. Nothing received. My wife spent over 107 euro. She asked for a refund on 6th December 2025, three months ago. No refund. Now, thats no surprise, from this company.

0 customer service. Nothing received. No shipping reference or tracking. No replies on e-mail... Total scam! Be aware! If I knew this before...

Second perfect order. Delivery a little long but the company is evolving. I am only satisfied with the service. I recommend it.

I was surprised by the great prices and special offers. The checkout process was smooth, and I received updates throughout. Everything arrived in perfect condition. A solid 5-star experience.

I placed an order on 29/11/2023
I still do not have my order 004933 in the amount of €89,94 as of today 14/01/2024. I wrote several e-mails that went unanswered, I tried to call the number of the clic-shopping site, impossible to reach with overloaded messaging.
I do not recommend ordering via this site. I would like to be reimbursed but impossible to contact anyone. I have no choice but to file a complaint for a fraudulent site!

I placed an order in July, after much insistence I received part of my products in mid-September. I would get the rest of the amount refunded. Unfortunately, that is still not done.
22 November I recieved the total amound back. That was a positive action of Clic-Shopping.

No delivery made....
At the beginning of August i ordered 60 bottles of lemonade.. now, a full month later, still no lemonade...
I have emailed and called the company but i am getting no response at all...
Not even an automated Mail, this looks like a big scam so be warned and stay away.!!!

31.July 2022 I ordered 8 Bottles of olive oil. We got no delivery up to announced date of delivery on 17. August and even for long time no answers at our Emails with questions regarding status of delivery. On 27. August 2022 we received a message with announcement of new date for shipping on next day. 11 days later we received delivery including a little gift - thanks for that. Delivery was well packed and ok.

Remains problems with date of delivery and difficult communication for some time. Seems they had that time some problems within their working processes.

I ordered fifeteen 'gel-douche' on 01.08.22 and payed with creditcard. Since then I have never heard anything from "clic-shopping.com" and received nothing. No response when I tried to contact them with Email.

We have been able to develop a very good thrustful relatioship with clic shooping. We are very happy with the whole process and like to purchase products coming from France.
