Injury from delivery from Just Natural/CLF

A six-pack of Biona black beans arrived with the glass jars smashed causing deep cuts in my fingers when I opened the package. Incredibly careless. "Glass" was written by CLF in feint biro in the top corners of the package and is barely visible. I am a semi-professional pianist so you can imagine how upset I was about this. They trade as justnatural.co.uk. They tried to shift the blame onto Evri and Evri told me to contact the supplier. CLF offered me a refund and a paltry 20% off my next order as recompense for the injury, disruption and distress this incident caused me. I accepted the refund but rejected the discount because I felt it was a trivial and insulting offer in light of the injury and meaningless because I do not want to do business with them. Biona is a great vegan product but buy them elsewhere, do not rely on this negligent company.

Damaged, re-taped parcel. Food packaging compromised

My delivery handled by CLF Distribution LTD arrived crushed/damaged and looked like it had been re-taped.

Because of the condition of the parcel, food packaging inside was compromised (opened) and product had spilled into the box. That’s a basic handling and food-safety issue. If you’re delivering food, the parcel needs to arrive intact, this was the opposite. Plus items were missing. Box had a hole. Missing? Stolen? All in all, unacceptable service.

All orders leave our facility securely packed and intact; however, once parcels are in transit, they are handled by third-party carriers. That said, damage, missing items, or compromised packaging is something we take very seriously, and we fully understand your concern.

We would welcome the opportunity to investigate this properly. Please contact our customer service team directly with your order number and any photos of the parcel and contents, so we can review the issue with the carrier and work towards an appropriate resolution.

Terrible customer service, and still no product!

This is my first experience in which I have paid a distribution company for a product and it has been awful.
Product never arrived.
After three emails and a phone call I am still no further forward getting a refund or the product!
Check before you purchase goods that are being fulfilled by this company as they are slow to help when things go wrong.

Great wholesale supplier to the Health…

Great wholesale supplier to the Health Food industry. Have used CLF Distribution for a good number of years and have found them to be mostly efficient on delivery. Occasionally out of stocks can be awkward. Many items can be ordered in singles or part cases which is useful for smaller independent stores.

Lie about delivery company on website and choose to deliver with Evri

Extremely poor and misleading delivery service. They lie on their website that they deliver with only DPD and FedEx, as mine arrived with Evri, and totally battered. Eventually got a refund but very bizarre process where refunds and complaints for the retailer you bought it from have to be handled by this bizarre third party distribution company.
Part of me feels sorry for the independent retailers who sell good products and put their trust in this distribution company, but also they should do their ground work to check this stuff.
