This company did my mothers wet room made a very good job was a problem which got into with the company about 2 days later Mike (manager)James came out to see me and thanks to them both was all put right with a fantastic service and a very very happy customer so thank thank you both for sorting it out for me and my mother is so so happy now keep up your good work both

The manager Richard was Absolutely Amazing, he's a Legend of helpful advice purpose specific to a customer's needs. He was friendly, professional and very helpful in what products I required for a low 1.8 degree single pitched roof with new OSB boards on.

Richard is old school and provides a happy friendly chat on the phone not rushing me off the phone (unlike new businesses trying to force a sale then get ride of you; but not here!). We went through all correct application procedures including the rare awkward design I have - mortar line join to house 200mm, then for existing extension a 200mm overlap, and finally attaching to my greenhouse via a polycarbonate raft supported glazing bar - there was a differential but glazing packers were best to make 18mm OSB match 25mm polycarbonate sheet.

Items should be coming next-day delivery and I'll update review as required.

I just wish more businesses were like Clever Shield Coatings's with very helpful staff like Richard as it makes the whole process, problem & hassle free and as a customer, makes you feel that you're in safe hands ✌️👍 😊

Just finished putting Ultraflex around all the many joints, up stands and window frame upstairs to. Bloody weather, I was ready to apply Tecnopol and it was due to dry all day but unfortunately the heavens opened and it lashed it down and I quickly rushed to put tarpaulin on my extension.
I rang Richard, saying can I apply it when OSB boards are partly dry. He calmly and reassuringly said you just have to wait until the OSB boards are bone dry before you apply Tecnopol and take 1-2 days to set and said be patient so that it does last 25 years being waterproof. So I said thanks for your guidance. I've checked weather forecast and just my luck, it's on and off rain for the next 7 days until 24th July.

I'll get there... Eventually. Top staff, Richard has trained them all well. Overall even a week after receiving the products the aftercare service is 'above and beyond' that of a normal company i.e. everyone's been down this road - when you're with most companies, they'll say anything to get your money off you but when there's a problem, they don't want to know you. This isn't the case here. I must have rang 5 times at least this week and even if you can't get through they always call you back when they're free (unlike virgin media). Each call felt down to earth, genuinely trying to help me through this process.

Hands down in all of my reviews I've done in 21+ years, Clever Shield Coatings is one I'll always remember as the staff are friendly & passionate about their job - looking out for the customer and getting the job done right first time.

I'd give them 6 stars ⭐ if I could.

I bought the tins of Eagle 5KG Aquapol via their website online via order Order #15634 and Paypal confirmed payment on the 28th of May at 04:39 am. I later received a fulfilment communication "Estimated delivery Thursday, 29 May–Monday, 2 Jun" from Clevershield for order #15634 via Express Delivery. I chased up on the 2nd of June, 2025 only to find out from Clevershield that their chosen courier, APC had "attempted a bungled delivery" to my neighbours address at #1 and half, Havenfield road. I was later asked by Clevershield to go and retrieve my delivery from my local APC depot around 4 pm. On getting to my local APC depot in High Wycombe, it turned out that all the 3 tins of 5KG Aquapol had been damaged in transit or at the APC depot and their excuse was that the packaging was not sufficient to hold/secure the tins properly. BUT WHAT really disappointed me, beside the uselessness of the poor APC courier service, was the apparent lack of empathy by Clevershield towards addressing the issue, i.e. I had hired roofing staff that now have nothing to work with and the best Clevershield offered was a full refund of the full cost I had paid on the 3rd of June plus a useless sorry note,..

Really helpful customer service and prompt support. Would definitely use again and recommend wholeheartedly. Thanks!

After an initial comms. problem obtaining a VAT receipt, I was speedily sorted out by Olivia who not only actioned it straight away but also phoned to make sure it had been received. Great service (and the Soudal SWS foam worked a treat)

Bought hydrobond 109 fabulous product would recommend!
