While the main tool for Disk Drill - data recovery has been PHENOMENAL and work every penny I reccently decided to start working with the Find Duplicates tool.

Was having a number of issues getting it to run and engaged support. WOW!!! They were very responsive and took the time to work through the issue with me collecting the needed information and working towards a solution. In the end it was a poor implementation of AFPS on my end and nothing to do with the tool. Changed shares over to SMB and worked flawlessly. GREAT JOB TO THE TEAM!

Finally a program that is easier to work with, and also with far more better results.
After having tested several programs (the cheaper ones) the deep scanning gives more problems. Disk Drill does a better deep scan and the results are great!
So for me it is for ever Disk Drill!

I am the most non-technical person out there. I did a USB flash drive to USB flash drive transfer of years of photos, videos and documents & I lost thousands of my most important files. I panicked & thought all was lost. I did a google recovery search and every source on the internet recommended Disk Drill. Every source also stated that it was the easiest and most accurate recovery product on the market and they were right. I downloaded Disk Drill to my laptop, read all of the recommendations from Disk Drill before starting the recovery process and then followed the recovery instructions. It was so easy. I previewed the lost files and they were ALL recovered. I paid for the upgrade to Pro and went about transferring the files. Ran into an issue the was rectified by David S. Once the files were transferred to a different USB drive and I opened the files all the folders were empty. I emailed Clever Files and David S. responded within minutes and helped me locate ALL my files that were recovered by Disk Drill and save them to a safe location. The issue was not Disk Drill but more than likely the no brand name flash drive that I was transferring to, lesson learned. I highly, highly, without a doubt recommend Disk Drill!!

I tried a competitor's program to recover 1,500 pictures from an SD card and it looked like it could recover all of them before purchasing the license. After I bought it, it didn't recover any of them. CleverFiles offered a 50% discount to try Disk Drill PRO because I had already purchased someone else's very expensive license and so I tried it and Disk Drill Pro recovered 100% of those files. I highly recommend them!

I have tried all the main file recovery software options, free and paid, and can report that Disk Drill is BY FAR the best program in its category. The number of files recovered is well above the number found by its competitors in my experience, and the interface is modern, neat, logical and easy to use. Thanks so much!

Lost activation key for a CeleverFiles SW purchased through a 3rd party 3 years ago. Svitlana went through hoops to locate my activation key and when all failed, upgraded me to the latest SW version as a courtesy.

Very quick handling of my problem by customer service in the area of billing. David and Svitlana always dealt with me and my concerns transparently and personally.

Great customer service. They kept an old promise even though a lot of time had passed. Also, when I originally used the program years ago, I think it was by far the best / most effective recovery program when I needed one. For these reasons, I highly recommend it.

i had a corrupted WD harddrive that one day was totally not accessible. i tried tenorshare, and it recovered some files, i thought that was all i could do. I tried one more time with DiskDrill. A lot more images and files were restored successfully, i am so happy to know that all my memories are not lost. Thank you so much for a wonderful product. I really appreciate it

Really an incredible company that actually cares about their customers and stands by their word. I have been using Disk Drill for 8 years and it continues to be the best and typically the ONLY solution for data recovery.

After reviewing numerous programs, I decided to go with Disk Drill and do glad I did. Program is phenomenal and the customer service is second to none.

I bought DiskDrill several years ago and recently logged in to recover a drive, and apparently the app had updated and my Pro license (for life) hadn't expired, but didn't apply to new versions. They quickly resolved my issue and I've been completely happy with the product as well as the customer service. Thank you Mit!

I would give this program Disk Drill PRO a thousand stars if I could. The Disk Drill app saved over 10 years of filming, I cannot thank you enough! The disk was not accessible and would not mount. We tried all the suggestions for mounting the disk and it would not work but disk drill saved EVERY FILE!!! After we were able to save the files we still were not able to mount or even erase and reformat the drive. It was not accessible. Your program is a life saver. I cannot say enough good things about it. Thank you

Great company with great people. Especially David who reached out to me personally when I was facing trouble with Diskdrill Pro. Your experience with the software might differ depending on how “erased/corrupted” your disk is. But overall, this is the only product that is able to “dig” deep and restore your precious files. They did get in touch and tell me I could have a refund if I deleted my review. Which seemed very dodgy. I'd be very dubious if you're still thinking of dealing with this company.

There response is also false. There are limits on the free preview.

I had some video files I needed to recover.
The free version suggested it could find some (if not all) the files, but the 500mb limit wasn't enough to preview. I bought the Pro version and it wasn't able to recover even one file. Not one files was recovered. And the company says its policy not to offer refunds.

I'm currently trying to go through a payment processor to get a refund. But I would suggest people avoid this company and software. I don't know if other people have had success, but I definitely haven't. And I'm out £70.

The technical service reacted very fast to solve my problem with installation of the app. After their advice, it worked perfectly.
The overview of the scanned locations is so clear that it was very easy to find my lost document (I already deleted the trash).
With diskdrill I gained hours and hours of work. Thank you very much!

My iMac crashed the other day and I lost some very important emails that had not been backed up. I purchased the Disk Drill through the apple store. At first had some difficulty so I contacted the customer support at cleverfiles. I thought since it was the weekend, I would hear back on Monday. Within the hour, I received a reply and helpful instructions. Customer support was there for me throughout the weekend and I was able to recover my lost files. I give an A+ to both the app and customer service.

Disk Drill gave me Good results. I recovered 70% of the files that were accidentally formatted during the installation of a new operating system.
