Went to the showroom a lovely man called mike did the quote brilliantly the best yet on the cad screen.. The meeting was transparent and no heavy sales pressure. We wish we could have proceeded with an order as the quality of the windows were brilliant, but out of our budget range. M @ J

Water getting into letterbox
I recently had an issue with water getting into the letterbox of my composite door fitted several years ago, which was soaking my mail. I contacted clearviews service department to see what they could do they were very helpful and arranged a Service visit. When the engineer attended he explained how it could be happening and went about sorting the issue. Even though it was only a minor issue I was very pleased with how professional and helpful the service department had been in fixing the issue.

Contacted Clearview over a faulty door lock which they dealt with under warranty without quibble The lock was quickly replaced and they subsequently contacted me to explain the root cause of the fault and how to prevent any recurrence. Excellent service

Absolutely delighted with front door
From the outset Clearview demonstrated professionalism, punctuality and attention to detail. Design, measurement and installation visits were all prompt and carried out in a friendly and professional manner. We are absolutely delighted with our new front door which feels solid and looks great. The hallway is now warmer and draught free. I would heartily recommend them with no hesitation

Sales team were quick to respond to my request for a quote.I accepted the quote and the windows were measured and fitted within 4 weeks.Austin fitted the triple glazed windows over a couple of days.He was polite and friendly and left the property tidy.The windows were manufactured by Epwin a company I have known for many years.
I will use this company when I need more glazing.

From enquiry through to fitting
From enquiry through to fitting, we had a great experience. We were after a new composite door. We're in a new build but the quality of what was provided was terrible hence the requirement.
Alan came out to visit us, and was brilliant. We have previously been to the showroom in Nantwich but didn't have a requirement to this time.
From order to manufacture was quick, followed by very prompt installation.
All in all, very happy. I have no doubt I could have got the door cheaper but the quality and service has been very much worth the price. I would recommend and use again in the future.

Overall really really good, timings are great, sales team are lovely and so so helpful - especially Nicola, when i had an issue she was there to help and sort it. There was a small communication problem within the company in relation to getting a number and knocker on the door, but this was resolved after it was cleared up that it was requested at the point of sale. Although when the knocker was installed it did punch through the other side of the door, but it’s not that noticeable. The fitters were really good and quick. Communication with me was fabulous and i would recommend and go with them again. Thank you clearview

From the initial contact to completion was smooth with no presure.
From the initial contact to the completion of the work the path was smooth and no pressure. Visiting the showroom and seeing the products in situ and being able to ask questions was an advantage. A detailed quotation of the product and works was provided to look-over at my leisure with no pressure. When I placed my order a schedule of works was provided which met with my approval and an installation date was settled. Site survey and detail of requirements taken to match existing decor inside and out the attention to detail was most refreshing.
An installation date was fixed and on the day the fitters turned up on time and the installation was carried out with professionalism and respect for the property. The installers had years of experience on installations of this type and it proved to me I made the correct choice in choosing Clearview Home Improvements.

We had a problem with locking system on double outer doors to our Community Hall.Rang on a Saturday & engineer came out on Tuesday,which I think was quite quick. Engineer that came was polite,helpful & professional,solved the problem quickly.
