If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. They are the facilitator for Michigan's MIHER program. Their actions in regards to this program are seriously misleading Michigan residents. You are told one thing by the Clearesult call center employees. None of what they tell you is true. You spend months planning for your critical home improvements that you have been approved for in this program only to be told different answers constantly. Their practices are deceptive and unfair to say the least. Do not bother applying to this program you will only be disappointed.

Took two appliances and replaced them…

Took two appliances and replaced them with units that do not fit or work in my home. They are still in the box. I contacted them immediately and they said they would fix this. It has been a year and I still do not have my appliances
