Very low standards of cleaning employed…

Very low standards of cleaning employed by MTVH consistent low standards.
Spend about 10 mins in our block on a weekly basis.
Communal bin area full of maggots & food debris and stinking
Gold medal for consistent low standards and doing as little as possible but 17 flats paying £5.40 weekly charge so lets say they do 1 hour clean thats £91.80 per hour for this poor service :( in reality its between 10 / 20 mins clean in the block so avoid CLEANSCAPES at all costs.

You don’t get what you pay for.

You don’t get what you pay for.
Ever since the one cleaner that did a decent job was moved to a different area, six weeks ago, our building hasn’t been vacuumed. This last time they were here ten minutes with a mop but there is still dirt everywhere.
You complain to admin and they ignore you.
The worst cleaning company.

Horrible company to work for

Horrible company to work for. I worked 55 hours week to be paid for 40 hours. Supplies are always late. You are abused daily by the drug addicts, alcoholics, rapists and murderers you are cleaning for in housing associations. If you complain to Cleanscapes you are singled out and your complaint is twisted or ignored. Sometimes you get sacked if you complain. No holidays, no days off. Pathological liars.Really isn't worth it at all. Stay well away.

I have seen cleaner bus stops than our communal shower room

It's a pity there is no opportunity to add photographs but here at Ravensbourne Court, BN2 6PR, the communal shower room is filthy with increasing black mould spreading over the floor and urine stains around the base of the lavatory. Seriously, you would not put your elderly relative in a place where they had to shower in such filthy conditions.

Terrible company

Terrible company. How they keep winning contracts is beyond me. They Google the building and then set out how long it will take to clean a building without them even taking a step inside to see what actually needs doing. The management clearly have no clue about their own business.

They treat their staff shoddy too, they give them unrealistic workloads which means they cannot do the job to the standard that residents pay for. I mean come on how is someone supposed to clean a large building in an hour, ridiculous. The worker told me they get 8 hours of work which will actually take 10 to 11 hours to complete and they only get paid for the 8 hours, shocking, so the workers have no choice but to cut corners to get their work done. Cleanscapes use your brains. Pay workers for driving and factor in that they actually have to get stuff out of the van, gain access and then sign in which all takes time. Overall the workers I have no problem with, the management well you are useless and clueless. Sort it out.

More like dirty scapes

Signed to say cleaned but must’ve walked in and out. We’ve had one decent cleaner who seems to have disappeared, the rest are rubbish around Chichester. The same muck and dirt as before, either bad eyesight or just plain lazy. Complaints fall on deaf ears and don’t usually bother doing anything. To think we pay for this. Useless and unprofessional.

SHOULD BE CALLED “CLEAN-ESCAPE

I can’t believe that there is only one review on this site. Astonishing!
The fact that they have lots of 5 star reviews on their own business website says it all to me! Lies! I have lived in my apartment building of 43 mixed rental and homeowner flats for over 8 years, we pay a monthly service charge for our block to be cleaned weekly. In the time we’ve been here we’ve had 2-3 cleaning companies employed by the landlords, Moat. Although they have all had their moments the worst by a landslide are CLEANSCAPES! They are lazy, unprofessional and wouldn’t know a disinfectant, mop, vacuum or a polish cloth if it slapped them in the face, and that’s if they can actually be bothered to turn up at all.. They have missed more than half their weekly visits since being employed by Moat, only to turn up so they can lie on the cleaning Logbook. They have lied for the past 2 weeks, so no cleaning since 2nd August, but logbook signed on the 9th and the 16th. LIERS. I now vacuum my communal floor and disinfect the lift several times a month and occasionally the stair rails and lobby using my power and my cleaning products, and have done so for the past 18 months or more. All this Whilst paying for the privilege. I Must have idiot tattooed on my forehead. I have complained to the landlords more times than I can count but they just seem to believe everything CLEANSCAPES tell them! The latest is that they are supposed to have a supervisor watching them throughout the month of August, but as I said, they haven’t done any cleaning in the past 2 weeks. Again Lies…
Please please don’t just go by their bloated biased opinions of themselves, read these reviews. Look elsewhere for a cleaning company if you actually want the service you pay for.

Terrible

Terrible - have begged for over a month - sent photos & polite Emails. Ignored their poor cleaning in my block for years! Cobwebs & thick dust cover railings cupboards, windows... they sweep & put the mopped sign up - or occasionally just mop ( no dusting) WHAT A FRAUDULENT COMPANY. Now the Company refuses to make the cleaner do it - even though they are taking money from my housing for it. THEY ANSWER ENQUIRIES BUT DON'T ACTUALLY DO ANYTHING.
