What they did doesn't worth what they charged. Skirting boards, windows, blind are still dusty, mould on wall in bath still here, kitchen worktop and extractor fan still oily. Tray in fridge wasn't cleaned because she afraid of damage it...
Although willing to arrange second clean next day but it did waste our time. And the supervisor reply is that "her employee is person, person will make mistakes." Yes, it's true but your mistake costs my time. I just expect to get place cleaned well in the first time as their charge isn't cheap.
