We recently had our settee and carpet cleaned, and we’re really impressed with the results. The difference is incredible - everything looks fresh, smells clean, and feels like new again.
They were punctual, friendly, and very professional throughout. They took great care with the furniture and
stubborn stains that I thought were permanent have completely disappeared.
I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable and thorough cleaning job. I'll definitely be using them again in the future!

Excellent communication and exceptional attention to detail from Steven and John. A very satisfied householder especially on seeing our sofabed cleansed and restored back to its original form. Stairs/landing carpet was relatively new being damaged by muddy boots, deep dirt stains due to a burst water pipe incident and is now looking itself again! Delighted with this team, trustworthy and thorough. Very professional and friendly. I would absolutely recommend them and will definitely acquire their services again.

We’re really happy with the clean. We had a DFS French Connection Zinc 4 seater sofa and love seat cleaned as well as our living room carpet.

Ste’s communication was great from the start which gave me confidence in using Clean Carpets Dudley. It took around 3 hours for the clean itself and then the rest of the day and overnight for everything to be fully dry. We could possibly have used the sofa on the evening but didn’t need to so gave it that extra drying time.

We’d definitely recommend to friends and family and would use Clean Carpets Dudley again in the future. Thank you!

Steven and colleague were pleasant, competent, and reasonably priced. I had real doubts whether it would be possible to rescue my front room carpet but they assured me it would be much better when they had finished and they were proved right. Well done!

We need sick to be cleaned from a wool carpet and found this company through Check A Trade.

They answered the phone on a Sunday and arrived at the specified time on Monday.

Quickly got on with the attempt to clean the carpet. Unfortunately they were unable to remove the stain. Kept us informed.

Charged what they quoted.

Were punctual and did what they said they would.

Absolute pleasure welcoming Ste into my home today! He was friendly and did a great job! Showed me all the stuff that came up and the price was great! Kind and chatty and had did an amazing job of my 6 year old carpets. Look as good as new! Thanks Ste, would recommend him to everyone in the area.
