What a great find. After working with printers for over 20 years, Claro Print has impressed me on so many levels. The quality of their work, their customer service, and their attention to our needs and budgets are second to none.

I've been using Claro for nearly a year now, and at many of times needed large orders of personalised merchandise with tight deadline, sometimes in multiple geo locations, all at the same time. And the speed, communication and execution always exceeds expectations. Cameron, my account manager is always so accommodating and is able to adapt to last minute changes. One example, was i needed 250 personalised pens delivered in under 24 hours for an event, and with 1 phone call to Cameron this was achieved and earlier than expected. Have recommended Claro & specifically Cameron to others, due to such positive experiences & trust I have in them.

We needed a range of branded items to celebrate our 60th anniversary and Fraser was tasked with a tight deadline and budget per person. He was helpful and efficient looking at different options and we are delighted with the end result. We have him looking at other items and wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use again.

Fab merchandising company, especially Karrie who is a diamond of the company. We have worked with Karrie on numerous occasions for various campaigns and she has always provided 10/10 experience every time offering the latest merch options, quickest responses even with the tightest deadlines!

Fabulous service and end product. Turned around much earlier than requested. I felt involved in every step and confident the delivery would be as expected. I will definitely use them again and whole heartedly recommend.

Always very friendly and helpful. We have trail sheets printed by Claro Print and the quality of the finished product is excellent. They send notification at each stage of production and a proof before printing. Delivery is extremely efficient, even when we have had to ask for repeat orders at short notice. Claro Print understand our requirements and pay attention to every detail.
