Total incompetence
When we originally viewed the flat we were assured they would clean it and sort out the internet as the flat was not connected. Once moved in they did not sort the internet and instead said we would have o do it ourselves. It wasn't until 6 months later that we finally got internet due to the flat been nearly impossible to connect. The flat was dirty when we moved in with broken lights which they sent a shoddy builder to fix, not only did he ruin the flat with poor workmanship - at one point he managed to leave his phone under the bath and then continued to glue it up with his phone inside. The flat had mice on three different occasions due to their refusal to pay for proper pest control and instead using their friend with poison and the previously mentioned terrible builder to poorly cover holes such that the mice could keep coming back. They continuously refused to cooperate when there were issues in the flat eg, broken oven for 2 weeks, 3 days with no water due to frozen pipes and the broken downstairs door which led to homeless people entering the building smoking drugs in the corridor and setting the fire alarm off for three days. The worst part of our time in the hell hole of a building was the day an electric fire broke out on the stairs and we were told by the fire brigade that the building was unfit for purpose and that we could go up in flames at any moment, luckily this meant we could leave the contract early however in then took them 3 weeks to return our deposit to us. Receptionist Shorifa was rude for every single conversation and manager/owner Sajjad just ignored phone calls. Any prospective tenants should take note that MICE WERE STILL IN THE FLAT when we left and they ave also increased the price of the rent.
