Really really bad service
I live locally to the chemist Clarepharmacy in Budleigh Salterton and I like where possible to support local shops, however the service here is so bad and most times in collecting a repeat prescription one would often have an half hour wait to reach the counter due to the queue in doing so you would then often have a wait of at least another ten minutes and often then being asked to come back tomorrow, which happened to me on my last visit ( two items on a repeat prescription ) on accepting this I returned the following day where I had exactly the same experience, this time I objected and was eventually given my two items. I noticed that in the back of the store there where at least five staff where on the front counter there was one member of staff serving. Whilst in the queue a customer approach the counter wanting to leave a repeat prescription and was told he had to queue ' Like everybody else '.
I now go online and have my orders delivered free with no problems.
