Terrible return system

Terrible return system. I followed the instructions in the box, and after 10 days since they received my returned package (I could check from the tracking system) they still hadn't acknowledged it. Worried about it, I sent them 2 emails that went unanswered until day 15th when they asked me what pieces did I returned and apologising for the amount of emails. They don't have any return option in their website either.
To me it's not worth the trouble. I would not buy here again.

However, return processing can take up to 3 weeks depending on how busy it is. The tracking is visible only up to the parcel service sorting center.
