They use a service called Autokey, which is known to be absolutely rubbish. I didn't get my key, and then when they do refund me, it's store credit unless they charge admin fees because they say it's not their fault. If the service is not working, and I don't get my product, whose fault is it?

unfortunately the activation key for windows 10 os home edition doesnt work on my machine. Tried previous 4 Cd keys and still it doesnt work. This product sucks and no refund. Horrible services. After an appeal three days later they decided to refund. Still not a pleasant experience.

Bought Windows 11 two years ago here, and whenever I need to get my key, it's there in their Autokey system and has worked to reactivate every time I swap hardware enough that Windows thinks I have a different computer.

My digital (Steam) key seemed to install into Steam from the CJS website after payment ok. Not tried playing the game yet as this was done on a phone, and I only have Steam client on a PC. But Steam sent email to say all had worked out. My only complaint about CJS is that it has too many links and steps to go through that make it appear (probably unfairly) like one of those early 2010's dodgy websites that you used to download games etc from that used to spin you round and round in loops with dubious hyperlinks! A redesigned purchase / checkout process is needed I think.

The website delivered the software required readily, at a good price with clear instructions.

I've used CJS a few times now and never had any issues, the last time was no exception, I will definitely buy from them again.

Easy, Quick and Cheap.... I have dealt with CJS CD Keys for a while now and they have never let me down!

It was shokcking at first but then support helped me to understand how Windows Server is activated from evaluation edintion. Thus I am gratefull. best best best

i bought a cd key for my summer car and got alter gift (gift from bot) instead so it took 15 minutes to get my game and i have also seen other reviews of people getting alter gifts instead of a CD KEY but i did get my game but it takes longer to recieve it and the gift bot was very slow so if you want cd keys for steam dont buy it from here

Great doing business for so long with CJs CD Keys. They have been great even when keys don't work in terms of support and getting things running again quickly and smoothly. They have my best regards for software needs.

Really good site for cheap games and software, customer service Is very slow but gets there in the end just make site yoread the descriptions properly amd dont but if ypu dont understand how some of the redeem procedures work

Purchased Xbox Game Pass PC 3 Months (Order #*61*97*) on 17 May 2026. Despite the Autokey system promising instant delivery, I have been waiting over 2 hours with no key delivered. The system shows a back-order error due to a supplier price increase — which is not my problem as the paying customer. I opened support ticket #*7*30*, received one vague response and then complete silence. Avoid if you need your key quickly, and pay with Paypal to ensure your safety and protect yourselves.
